How do I activate a service?

Step 1: Sign up

Sign up for free as a NomadPower user by registering as a private individual or company. After this you can use any NomadPower power point in Europe. All NomadPower points have a unique 5-digit number. 

Step 2: Connecting the cable

Connect your power cable to the power point and the cooling motor of your car.

Step 3: Start power supply

The NomadPower charging station has a 5-digit number. Enter this number using one of the following options: 

●    The NomadPower app (for smartphone or tablet)

●    NomadPower website: log in with your email address and password 

Confirm that you want to start delivery. The power point is active as soon as the indicator light on the NomadPower connector turns blue. The power remains activated until the moment you end it (see 'Ending power supply'). More information can be found on the signs.

Step 4: End power supply

Remove the plug and turn off the power via the app or website. The cost of use is stated when switching on and off. During the power supply, you can also see what the consumption has been up to that moment.
